The Return Process
First, go to our contact form here.
Then, fill out the form with your name, e-mail, & order #... and just tell us which item you want a refund for (if possible, please tell us why you want a refund and what we can do to improve your shopping experience with us).
Once we've received your e-mail, we'll start the refund process and generate a pre-paid shipping label for you (which we'll send via e-mail).
After you've received the shipping label, all you gotta do is:
- Print the shipping label.
- Put your unwanted item(s) into an envelope (you can get them for free here from USPS.com) .
- Tape the shipping label to the envelope.
- Schedule a free pickup from USPS.com here.
- Leave your package out where the USPS delivery person can safely pick it up.
And that's it! You'll be refunded as soon as we receive your item(s).
