The Return Process

First, go to our contact form here.

Then, fill out the form with your name, e-mail, & order #... and just tell us which item you want a refund for (if possible, please tell us why you want a refund and what we can do to improve your shopping experience with us).

Once we've received your e-mail, we'll start the refund process and generate a pre-paid shipping label for you (which we'll send via e-mail).

After you've received the shipping label, all you gotta do is:

Print the shipping label.
Put your unwanted item(s) into an envelope (you can get them for free here from USPS.com) .
Tape the shipping label to the envelope.
Schedule a free pickup from USPS.com here.
Leave your package out where the USPS delivery person can safely pick it up.

And that's it! You'll be refunded as soon as we receive your item(s).
